We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from habits you choose to perform during the challenge.

You agree to consult qualified professionals (doctor, physiotherapist, registered dietitian, etc.) before adopting any habit that could affect your health.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Subject line: "Refund request — [YOUR NAME] — [CHALLENGE MONTH]"
  3. Include: your full name, the email used for payment, the payment date and approximate amount, and a brief reason
  4. Refunds are processed via the original payment method
  5. Processing takes 5 business days from our side; your bank may take additional time to display the refund
