These terms govern your participation in Roll Call Club ("we", "us", "the Club") challenges. By paying the entry fee and joining a challenge, you agree to these terms.
1. What We Provide
Roll Call Club provides:
- Access to a private WhatsApp group for the duration of one 30-day challenge
- Daily check-in structure and rule framework as described in the full rules
- Light administration: challenge management, removal enforcement, statistics tracking, and milestone messages
- Eligibility for alumni group access upon successful challenge completion
What we do not provide:
- Personalized coaching, training programs, nutrition plans, or medical advice
- One-on-one consultations
- Guarantees of any specific physical, mental, or behavioral outcome
Roll Call Club is a peer accountability format. It is not a coaching service, medical service, or therapy service.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- 18 years of age or older
- Resident in the United Arab Emirates (or available to participate in English in UAE timezone)
- Capable of safely performing the habits you commit to — you are solely responsible for choosing habits appropriate to your health and fitness level
If you have any medical condition that may affect your ability to perform daily physical, dietary, or sleep-related habits, consult a qualified medical professional before participating.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Choose your own habits and verify their safety and appropriateness for yourself
- Post a daily roll call in the challenge group throughout the 30 days
- Treat other members with respect — supportive tone, no harassment, no targeted negativity
- Maintain confidentiality of what other members share in the group
- Not screenshot, share, or repost other members' content outside the group without explicit consent
- Not use the group for solicitation, marketing, or recruitment to other services
- Not engage in conduct that violates UAE law
4. Removal
We reserve the right to remove you from a challenge, without refund, if you:
- Miss check-ins for 3 or more consecutive days
- Complete 0% of your habits for 3 or more consecutive days
- Maintain a weekly completion rate below 50%
- Violate the conduct rules in Section 3
- Behave in any way that materially harms the group's atmosphere or other members' experience
Removal decisions are at our discretion and are final.
5. Knockout Track (Optional)
If you opt into the knockout track:
- You pay a separate AED 500 deposit, in addition to the standard challenge fee
- If you miss any habit on any day during the challenge (sick days excepted, per the rules), your deposit is donated to a registered UAE charity (currently Beit Al Khair Society)
- If you complete all 30 days under knockout rules, your deposit is returned to you in full within 14 days of challenge end
- The knockout track has no prize pool, no monetary winnings, no skill-based competition. It is a personal commitment device only
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
You participate at your own risk. Roll Call Club does not provide medical, dietary, or fitness advice. We do not verify that the habits you choose are appropriate for your health condition. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from habits you choose to perform during the challenge.
You agree to consult qualified professionals (doctor, physiotherapist, registered dietitian, etc.) before adopting any habit that could affect your health.
7. Payment
- All fees are stated in AED and payable in advance of challenge start
- Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Tap Payments, Tabby). Their terms apply to the payment transaction
- We do not store full payment card details
8. Refund Policy
Full Refund Available
A full refund of the challenge entry fee will be issued if you request it:
- Before the challenge starts (before 00:00 GST on the first day of the challenge)
- For any reason — no justification required
- Within 7 days of payment, even if the challenge hasn't started yet
To request a pre-start refund, email info@rollcallclub.ae before the challenge starts. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days.
No Refund Issued
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- After the challenge has started (00:00 GST on the first day)
- If you are removed from the challenge for inactivity, conduct violations, or any reason in Section 4
- If you voluntarily leave the challenge mid-way
- If you fail to complete the habits you committed to
- If you find the format isn't what you expected — read the rules before applying
Knockout Deposit (Separate)
The optional AED 500 knockout deposit follows its own rules:
- Returned in full if you complete all 30 days under knockout rules
- Donated to charity if you miss any habit on any day (sick days excepted, per rules)
- Not refundable if you withdraw from the knockout track mid-challenge — the deposit is still subject to the knockout outcome
Multi-Challenge Passes
If you purchase a multi-challenge pass (3, 6, or 12 months):
- Before any challenge starts: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
- After the first challenge starts: No refund for the consumed challenge. Remaining challenges can be refunded pro-rata or transferred to a friend (with our approval)
- Mid-subscription: Pro-rata refund for unused challenges available on request, processed within 5 business days
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@rollcallclub.ae
- Subject line: "Refund request — [YOUR NAME] — [CHALLENGE MONTH]"
- Include: your full name, the email used for payment, the payment date and approximate amount, and a brief reason
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method
- Processing takes 5 business days from our side; your bank may take additional time to display the refund
9. Intellectual Property
- All Roll Call Club content (rules, templates, branding, design, written materials) is our property
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use Roll Call Club materials to operate a competing program without written permission
- Content you post in the group remains yours, but by posting it you grant other members the right to view it within the group
10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim related to your participation in Roll Call Club is limited to the fee you paid for the relevant challenge
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for outcomes related to habits you chose to perform, content other members shared, or third-party services (payment processors, WhatsApp, etc.)
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via the challenge group and via Instagram. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
